With the industry’s largest slicing area and up to four independent product drives, the PowerMax4000™ is the highest capacity, most hygienic and most accurate slicing system in the world.
The PowerMax4000™ incorporates a full 8" x 18.5" (205mm x 470mm) slicing throat capable of slicing four up 4" x 6" (100mm x 150mm) product in the stand up position. It also includes up to four independent product drives to provide complete control of each log as it is delivered to the blade, thereby ensuring accurate weight control of every sliced portion.
For food safety and sanitation simplicity, the PowerMax4000™ is unsurpassed. Laser technology minimizes mechanical guarding and results in an open, hygienic design. With the touch of a button, the slicing system moves into cleanup position to simplify and speed machine wash down.
