The CashinEDGE™ incorporates an advanced drive system and a user-friendly touch screen for added reliability. The servo powered timing belt drive system eliminates backlash and provides precise control of the product as it is delivered to the blade. The drive system smoothes operations, optimizes slice integrity and improves overall yield. State-of-the-art touch screen controls simplify operation and maintenance while facilitating preprogrammed weight setups and faster changeovers to different weight packages. Throughput is up to 10 percent higher!

Institutional Bacon System provides slicing reliability, flexibility and speed. This continuous feed slicing system promises the highest yields and throughput available. It is ideally suited for producing the portion-controlled layer packs. The slice count, in bulk or layout format, is fully adjustable from 1 to 199 slices while maintaining precise slice thickness control. Changeovers between bulk slice and single shingle layout styles are quick and easy.
CASHIN® PEPPERONI SLICING
SYSTEM
Outstanding productivity is assured
with the Cashin® Pepperoni Slicing System. The systems automated continuous feed produces up to 16,500 slices per minute while slicing up to 11 sticks at a time – assuring the highest yields possible. The system promises accurate slice control and is easily adjustable to different thicknesses.
